# Mamanime Guardian Spirits Inspiration
Collection’s Art is inspired by Japanese folklore - mostly ghost stories. They are interpreted in western world mostly as horror stories with a lot of jump-scares, but they are actually full of much deeper meaning.
On the other hand - the project exists to improve the mental health of its holders and humanity in general.
I have been in web3 space for more than a year now (I feel like a dinosaur) and I’ve been an active community member and holder for most of them. In the last 6 month there were lots of derivatives with no utility, minted via artificial hype and most are dead or close-to-dead now. I wanted to create something completely different: no laser beans, no chains, no animals, something completely unique.
Also, no classic giveaways, no influencers, no shillers, no LFG LFGs 24/7. We’re looking for true, long-term holders that understand our project, what it brings to the world and to holders themselves.
# Utility
- Treasury Wallet - 20% of mint + 25% of secondary sales fill it in. These funds will be automatically staked and each solstice and equinox holders will gather and decide which IRL pro mental health organization will get 50% of staked funds. The rest continues to be staked. On mint-out this amount will be 128 BNBs - and we plan to maintain/increase its value perpetually. The goal is to create a mechanism that will generate funds that can make a difference.
- Holder royalties - 50% of secondary sales reflections will be claimable by holders.
- Mint-support wallet. 20% of each mint will go to the mint-support wallet. We’ll carefully use these funds to support the mint process all the way. Everything that remains will be distributed to holders. Also, all giveaways we’ll do will include ALL HOLDERS at the time, and not just fresh minted ones.
- Holder-only mental spaces. We’ll hire mental health experts that will hold holder-only spaces (probably in discord) that will cover a variety of mental health issues like: suicide prevention, burnout, depression, etc.
- Early access to future collections (Sophia being first), holder-only airdrops…
# Collection Rarity and Ranking
We’ll use classic rarity scores. 4949 spirits, out of which 11 are legendary with custom art and custom origin story (remaining 4938 will have generated origin stories).
# Why Build on BNB Chain?
99% of my investments in NFTs are on the BNB Chain. I prefer the communities here (friendly and non-toxic) and I really want to help “our people” first with mental health challenges. We don’t have any plans to transition to other chains - this one feels like home..
